Jack in the Box

I recently visited Jack in the Box and tried to order the bacon potato wedges, only to be told they no longer serve them. I opted for curly fries with bacon and cheese instead, requesting a medium size. The staff member rudely responded that toppings only come in large, which I accepted. As I tried to continue my order, he quickly rattled off the price, even though I wasn't done. His attitude was short and unfriendly throughout the exchange. When I got home, I found six small pieces of bacon for an additional $0.50 and minimal cheese for another $1.10. For the price, I expected a bit more, and the customer service definitely didn’t help improve the experience. I understand rough days, but this left a sour impression.

This is the third time in three weeks that I have stopped by here to pick up a snack and each time I have waited in line 10 minutes Or more. The young lady at the window is very pleasant and I have no complaints about her at all. Why can you not have a pick up waiting area like some of the other drive-through’s have that way people will not be holding up the lines

Order my food online, said it would be ready in 10 minutes. I knew it would be that plus the time I had to wait in the drive-thru if there was cars ahead once I got there. To my surprise it took over 30 minutes. It seem they had a call out or they didn’t staffed properly. Once I finally got my order a part of it was wrong and had to wait again. The lady at the window was trying her best, not sure if she was the manager. I would recommend turning off online orders if they are under staffed for the night so customers don’t have to wait this long and employees don’t get overwhelmed.
