It's strange that with all the advertising McDonalds does about their app that it's actually the same thing killing their business. They say its high prices but its really the lack of service. While all other fast food places prioritize app orders, McDonalds waits until you get there to start making it, prioritizes drive thru orders first, hides their workers that ignore you behind their "new concept" construction, and then charge your 40% more than the same order just a year ago. Seems legit to me. Fries are up!!!! Soooo many choices I deleted the app (even with 5000 reward points) and ordering from the ONE Wendy's in town for here on out.

Why have your Doordash tablet on if you’re not accepting orders or if your business isn’t open walk inside the McDonald’s when the door is open and unlocked. The gentleman tells me they aren’t open. Well then why is the lobby open? I’m Tired of the fast food restaurant games they play, they can go out of business or hire on own delivery employees. I’m not gonna help them deliver food when they treat drivers like crap or waste my time and money.

Slow service. Took over 15 minutes to get my order. Manager was setting out by front door smoking cigarettes and no greeting or acknowledgment from the staffs or manager. Tried dine in on 1/20/23. Again service was super slow. Ordered some nugget happy meals for the kids and a mcdouble. Nuggets were well expired, cold and hard. Mcdouble came out looking like some someone just threw everything into the wrapper. My cheese was all over the wrapper instead of the burger. Safe to say we will not be returning to this location.
