I wanted to take a minute to say how absolutely impressed I was with Shawna, the general manager at the Chico Popeyes. As I was eating in the lobby, I was in awe witnessing her handle 20 things simultaneously while training at least three employees and still offering amazing customer service! Shawna just know that you're amazing leadership, customer service, upbeat attitude and and hard work we're definitely noticed and appreciated today!

Shawna manager I spoke to day this is the SECOND TIME they get my order wrong I called to let them know because I ordered a SPICY BACON & CHEESE CHICKEN SANDWICH & they just gave me a REGULAR SPICY & I offered to take the sandwich back to have it replaced & she said “your just going to drive back for just some bacon & cheese I would not”. I said yes I will so you can get my correct my sandwich I ordered & I’ll give you back my sandwich she said no I’ll replace it with a dessert since the dessert $price is $1.80 difference for bacon and cheese when added to a spicy chicken sandwich. No, the point here is I of wanted my sandwich that I ordered, I did not order no dessert to start with. Also she was taking to me in a loud mad toned voice the whole time. Poor customer service! Great job manager, your making Louisiana look bad👏

Got a spicy chicken sandwich combo. What I received was (a) not a spicy chicken sandwich, (b) was missing pickles on the sandwich, (c) had the wrong side, (d) did not include a biscuit. Pretty disappointed. 2 stars because I still ate it, but 0% of the order was correct other than the drink.
