Went to Wendy's after 10 years and surprisingly it was great! The drive thru entrance was kind of insane to figure out .. (you have to drive around the entire parking lot...) other than that it was great. By the time you get up too the window they hand you your food! No waiting at all 🌝

Be warned About Wendy's Online ordering double charging your bank account. I ordered a meal for pickup online. They charged my account twice, the same amount, for one order. I found their customer service email address, and sent them 5 emails that were ignored. I then called their customer care number, gave them my order number and "Lana" looked up my transaction and she saw i was charged twice, and she told me she would open a case , but only the restaurant could issue a credit, and it would take 3 days. After 3 days had passed, and no credit, i called the "E" St. Chula Vista, CA. Wendy's and spoke to the store manager. She told me she knew about the case and would issue the credit but it would take 3 days. She did not even ask me my name, but i told her my name and the credit amount. After three days had passed, again, there was still no credit. I then called my bank customer service to dispute the double charge. So be warned, Wendy's online ordering will double charge you in 5 minutes. And their customer care will not credit you, even after contacting them multiple times.

I am beyond outraged. Beyond confused. Beyond the limits of human comprehension. What I just experienced at your Wendy’s was not simply “good service.” It was an UNSETTLING, NIGHTMARISH DISPLAY of INHUMAN PERFECTION that has left me questioning the very fabric of reality. Your employees did not act like normal, functioning human beings. They operated with a level of precision so unnerving, so eerily calculated, that I genuinely fear something sinister is at play. There was no hesitation. No slight misstep. No trace of human error or emotion. Just a cold, mechanical transaction so flawlessly executed that it felt like I had stepped into a DYSTOPIAN, CORPORATE-RUN SIMULATION where free will has been ERASED. WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO THESE PEOPLE?! Have they been subjected to some kind of extreme psychological conditioning? Are they the product of an unholy corporate experiment to breed the “perfect” fast-food worker? ARE THEY EVEN HUMAN?! Because what I witnessed today should not be possible in any workplace on Earth. Good job, food was great.
