I ask a number one menu and a chocolate sundae. When I went to pay I asked for mayoneise… the employee said we don’t have it here you have ketchup…, ok ….. the icecream was without chocolate (because they was out) and he put the waffle cone inside a cup…so I asked for an spoon….he said we don’t have it…..and of course he charge me for everything….i felled so frustrated….. how we can eat the ice cream…….!!!!

Quite possibly the worst run franchise location I have ever encountered. Ordered food for the family via the mobile app and paid in advance. Nothing complicated. A couple of Whoppers and cheeseburgers. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was informed that they couldn't fill it. The employee said they were out of "Whopper meat" and that they could refund me. I asked for a refund and was told I needed to request it via the app. This isn't the first negative interaction I have had with this location, but it is certainly the last. If you're out of items, you should probably turn off ordering via the app. Common sense.

I just had the single worst experience at Burger King that I have ever had. They were under staffed, there was no front counter service, the customer service was non existent. They had no cashier only a self help monitor, after putting in my order it didn't let me pay, it told me to pay at the counter with an employee. After paying they tell me they have no freezes, so I asked for a Hi-C. They were out of nearly every soda option behind the counter, the lobby soda machine was out of service, When I asked to refund 1 of the sodas they said that they cannot refund a single item, they would have to refund the whole order and then re-ring it up, acting like it would be too much work we just accepted it since I had to get to class soon. Halfway through filling up my Hi-C they ran out of it. Already having a bad time I asked for a soda, I had asked for no ice yet they still gave me ice in the soda. They had no ketchup, no dipping sauce but ranch and BBQ. They got my order wrong, I had ordered extra bacon, I come to find out they put 3 half strips normally and charge $3.50 for 1 extra half strip, they didn't have any ready so they threw some in the deep fryer and pulled it out still limp and soggy. When I asked for napkins for my order they tell me with attitude that I'm supposed to ask for those. On my way out I saw employees handling food without gloves, the kitchen staff had long hair and no hair nets. The fryer had old, burnt, fries, onion rings and other unidentifiable food in it. The tables were all dirty as were the floors. If I could give negative stars in this review I would. I suggest going out of your way to another location or better yet one of their competitors in the area.
