This is a great place to go if you want to wait a half hour in the drive through and then be handed cold food at the window. Horrible service. Terrible quality

There is a reason I was the only person in the drive through while most other fast food places were busy this evening. +$18 for a single burger, fry, and drink is just insane for what you get. I'm just sick of the price. I rarely come to Carl's, and it's becoming less frequent.

This place is dirty for being empty, what happened to COVID. The restroom is disgusting. But Worst of all, the food. My burger was cold and the bread was hard. Just look at the photo of my burger. Carls Jr, you're dead to me.
