Tried to use the coupon that I got from flier in the paper. The app doesn’t accept it as a valid promo #, it doesn’t let you delete it from your order, & Geo at the drive thru refused to make it right. He told me that I could take my order or leave it, but he wouldn’t refund it because “ they aren’t like McDonald’s .” You are so right, Geo, you are definitely not like the most successful franchise in history.

Great service. For some reason i don't know what it is it but I've been visiting jack in the box for like a little over 5 years and they have really stepped up their game . it started with just the regular jumbo jack and it just came with regular fries & a drink then they added a big cheese burger which is sooooo goood then then came up with so many side item menus that it's just insane i wish i could spend like over $ 100 on this place but as of now i can only spend like $10 - $15 which is pretty sad but i know that will change !

They have served fries with such old oil that it literally taste burnt! How in the world do they taste so bad! And I have called them multiple times and they will not answer the phone. At this point I want my money back! This is the second time they have given food with oil that is old and taste like an ash tray! Please clean the oil. *updated* Finally got through to them, I asked about the oil and when I did the girl on the line said "ummm" and then hung up on me. I called again and asked if I was speaking to the manager, I told him my concerns and how they gave old oil fries that taste burnt and he couldn't tell me as a manager when his team last changed the oil. He did not try to make the situation better or anything. He was just said oh okay, I'll talk to the team. Like that is making my night any better. This is by far the worst jack in the box I have ever been to. I've already been on the fence about jack in the box, this has definitely helped me over one side for sure. Such unprofessional people they are giving jobs to and no less putting in charge.
