STOP GOING HERE. Have been going here for years but the last few experiences have been awful. Served the wrong breakfast item 2 visits in a row. The person taking the orders has absolutely zero grasp of English. A McGriddle ordered turned into a bagel. And egg whites requested on one sandwich turned into egg whites on every breakfast sandwich? what? how? Also called them asking if they were still serving quarter pounders during the E coli recall and the manager proudly said Yep!! Then said she hadn't heard anything about people getting sick! I truly believe she was misinformed. Whoever owns this place better hire some new people soon before they drive your business into the ground. 3 horrible experiences in a row. I absolutely despise this place at the moment. November, 1, 2024.

They have given up on understanding English here. The drive thru operator will just guess your order when they don’t understand. High probability of having your order incorrect.

I was not in a rush for a chance, so I was able to observe, usually the employees are focusing more on the drive thru (probably on a timer) walk ins don't have much patience while being ignored while watching others be served, BUT a lady that I assumed was the manager caught on, dropped everything to focus on my needs, had my food ready in 60 seconds, while providing excellent customer service. I have to bow down to her
