Crappy place to eat. The food definitely got smaller. And the price got higher. Why would you not put a fork in the bag if I order something that requires it.

Had to leave a review. Carlos took my drive thru order. He has a great personality, very courteous and radiates such positive vibes. In a time where you're spending $15-20 for a fast food meal. The last thing you want is mediocre service. This guy is a 10.

Worst waiting time for any drive thru. 20 minutes waiting for food is unacceptable for any fast food restaurant. Then the supervisor Stephanie was very rude and cursing at me because I complained about the waiting time and did not purchase the meal. Won't ever be going back or recommend this jack N the box establishment. I would be contacting corporate
