Honestly, please do better Stop giving customers old fries. Fresh is better And make the food as advertised I got the Jumbo jack cheeseburger And there was no Ketchup Onion Pickles And no cheese It's starting to seem Jack's food quality is down if your not going to sell good quality food, just get out of the food business.

A rated restaurant. Small parking lot. Has two entry points. Drive-through entrance pretty easy to go through. Food was great nothing to complain🍔🍟👍. If you are ordering a large amount of food please go inside🙏. It's open now. Remember masks still required😷. So don't give them a hard time.💢

I came through the drive through and I had a pretty big order so I was expecting to get a fee items wrong and i was right i was missing my tacos and cheese on a sandwich which didnt bother me but when i realized i was missing grilled onions on the smash burger i went back in for the 2nd time and the short hispanic lady told me “ughhh dont be coming in and out if your order is wrong im not going to keep doing this is your order was was wrong bring your whole damn order in” I was so shocked my jaw dropped at how rude she was.
