Love the new employees they hired, very personable and overall sweet people. Don't know if this is standard for their tacos, or if these have been sitting in a puddle of oil for too long. $1 for 2 tacos when ordering through the app is a price that can't be beat, so I'm not upset. Coke freestyle machines keep me coming back. They never seem to skimp on syrup, so it's always flavorful. Try the lime coke if you haven't already.

Losing a customer forever! Your app doesn't work. 40% of the time I come to Jack in The box, your app has a problem. Not only is it the slowest app on the planet. It hardly ever lets me order my meal. I'll bet if you guys did a study, you're losing thousands of dollars from people who cannot order from your app because it doesn't work! One time I had a problem and I didn't go to Jack in The box for over a year. Well now I'm fed up with you guys forever. This is my last visit to Jack in the box.

I won't be trying your halfsie fries ever again. Definitely not worth $3.00! My response to give them another try; I'm a regular customer, and most of the time, I use the app to order as I did this time. Your store is not the only one to do this to me. It's looking like a pattern, and I have left comments on those stores as well. I presume that I should have just contacted the corporate customer service with this matter, but I'm doubtful it would give me any more comfort than "I hope you'll give us another try". How about you prorate my order?
