Customer service was ok. Not very helpful or friendly. It seemed more like, let's keep this line moving along. The food good, I had the Big Carl combo, the tasty was delicious. The establishment itself is clean, there were about 25 tables inside and 5 outside. Also, there is a drive thru for anyone's convenience.

HORRIBLE. Cashier made a mistake in the order, the cook complained and the damn cashier had the audacity to say it was my fault. THEN they proceed to hand me this BS of a burger. Don't come here late at night unless you want shit service and shittier food. No to mention how they randomly ran out of both BBQ and Ranch.

This place should be shut down or needs new management Update: Management did nothing to fix previous problem. They literally asked me to take my review down. Still horrible quality of food fries smell and look bad from old oil. Very bad all around.
