Customer service is fantastic. The staff is very friendly, very polite. The diner itself is always clean. The inside is very well kept. There is plenty of seating. It's always warm and dry. Very comfortable atmosphere. The food is great. Burger's are awesome and chicken strips are very tasty, but the fries are amazing. I however, recommend the breakfast. Waffle, pancakes and french toast are the best around. My choice: Breakfast special #3, 2 french toast 3 scrambled eggs 3 strips of bacon (Delicious) Awesome food, friendly staff and just a comfortable environment, I highly recommend Tom's, stop by and try them out.

Food is always great, sometimes the oder is incorrect and missing an item, however the cashiers have little to no customer service. No welcoming Hello nor a goodbye.

I went for a quick bite and ordered chilly cheese fries they cost me $10 to go, and about to get home I checked the box of food and had no meat and no cheese WTH is that? Seriously? I went back and asked them why my plate was like that with no meat and no cheese and she said o well do you want more meat and cheese I said no, I don't want more. I had ordered this plate before and it's well served that's why I ordered it. I just want my plate to have the right portion of what it has on it not asking for more of nothing. And besides the cheese was not even melted. The lady needs to know how to do customer service, very rude, making it seem as if I ate it. It was in the morning seems like when they are busy all they wanted to do is get the food out of the kitchen and that's it😏
