I came in with a group of people, we all ordered separately. The person at the front kept walking away for a few minutes at a time in between each order so it did take longer than necessary to order. I placed my order and she took my card behind the counter around the corner and charged me. I watched my order sit on the back counter for more than 10 minutes before they handed it out. It was lukewarm at best when I got it. Then my order was incorrect. No one was at the front and I didn’t have time to wait around for them to remake the correct order so now I have nothing to eat and I’m out 15$

I go to this location 3 times a week on my way to work for breakfast. Just thought to share my great experiences the crasher is very helpful and she has the best customer service experience always smiling and greeting so well and my food is always hot and fresh thank you for a great customer service.

Rude workers didn’t repeat our order to make sure despite us asking. Other fast food restaurants can add onto orders but we have to do it 1 at a time? Food took over half an hour. Workers right now seem to have a power trip. Would not recommend when there’s a Taco Bell right next to it.
