I asked for light ice on my soda, the entire cup was full of ice. Ran out of my drink before I even finished my food.. I maybe receive half a cup of liquid.. my fries are little bits and pieces.. my chicken was very brown.. my cheesecake was warm… I asked about the prices being wrong on the menu vs what they charged me and refused to talk to me about the very misleading menu/prices. This visit was ridiculous!

I was asked to pull forward to wait for my meal, to then only be brought half my meal. I responded, as I heard them drop more fries and tell me they were coming shortly that my first meal will be cold by the time the second part of it arrives. Response from the employee, not really! They claim to be super busy with no one in the drive-through, not sure why they chose to lie to me when I clearly heard them drop the fries after I asked where the rest of my food was. It’s very disappointing that California raises the wages and yet the competency level is allowed to stay at an all-time low. It’s also sad that we have no standard accountability, training, or teaching our staff to provide excellent customer service. I’m sad that my daughter likes this restaurant or I would not give them my business; I have not had one good experience here to date.

I will let the pictures do most of the explaining, but next time I will go next door!! I thought Carl's would be a step up from the arch's next door, but not this location!! Fries were so stale I swear they were cooked last night!! The lettuce had brown spots, and the tomato?? Well, more like unripened tomato STEM!!! I wish I had the time to take it back to them but I have work so I just don't get to have lunch today. Thanks for nothing, Junior!!!! Headed back over to the Clown Shop!!
