My gripe with this location is that they are stingy with the fries. Half filled bag of fries @$3.49 for a small size looks nothing like their advertised photo. DO BETTER. It’s not that hard to fill a bag with fries.

There is so much hate about this location. I don’t understand why they would choose to remove the soda fountains from the lobby. Customers cannot get refills, and if they ask for a refill, they are given a whole new cup and straw, which is completely wasteful, and can’t be cost-effective. The staff member took my order without ever making eye contact or welcoming me. While I was eating, there were at least three other customers who were having problems with their orders, and asking to speak to the manager. One customer was complaining that their soda tasted horrible and something was wrong with the syrup. The manager just said “it’s fine” and she and the other employees were talking amongst themselves in Spanish at the front counter. Update: I came back to this location because I was in the area. I was literally the only customer, but it took 7 minutes to get my order. Finally the manager saw me standing at the counter and said, “Do you need something?” I replied, “I’m waiting for my order.” She said, “What did you order?” I pointed out that my order was the one up on the board where it says NOW SERVING. I don’t know how this place stays open.

McDonald's is a McDonald's. However, this particular McDonald's on this day was rather trashed. I can't tell you how bad it was because you may never come here. But the french fries were excellent as always
