Food is warm and quick . Restrooms are cleaned . Lobby is cleaned . But theres this lady behind the counter always looks grumpy. Seems unhappy or has no manners

I have been at this Jack in the Box drive through 2 times this past Friday August 9th and last month also on a Friday both times I have received terrible customer service through the intercom. This past Friday I requested extra ranch, sauce, and ketchup and I received one ranch and a few hot sauces and ketchup pkts. I ordered one spicy chicken sandwich with curly fries regular no drink and a second sandwich lettuce wrapped also with curly fries. I ordered a lot of food about $50 worth. When I got home (20 min later) our entire order was incorrect. All of our sandwiches were lettuce wrapped with only 1 order of regular fries as. So basically I received bad customer service and my entire order was incorrect the 2 times. I will not be returning, I will be going to a different Jack in the Box Location even if I have to drive a little longer. I do not recommend this location.

I have never left a negative review for a place before because I don't want to be one of those people. However I Stood at the counter for over 5 minutes and the guy did not acknowledge me or help me. He saw me standing there but did not say can I help you or anything never took my order! I was already having a bad morning and this just made it worse! I left in a furious 😠 😡 mood! This is the first time this has happened to me at this location. I always go here never had a problem until today.
