So today I went to In-N-Out I love In-N-Out, big advocate, but honestly everything that I ate today was not good. The burgers buns were burnt. They shoved a whole nasty part of the lettuce in my burger my fries had a lot of black in them. Not a good experience today.

I arrived @12:56 in the drive thur and they still took my order . I was relief 😮💨… my kiddos were happy to order a half strawberry 🍓 half vanilla milkshake. They didn’t give us the sad story about sorry our machines are down for the night song 🎶. They are open til 1am and are still getting us right inn so we drive and dine out.

Thank you Liz! We just left, you provided the best customer service I have ever seen at any In N Out or fast food restaurant. Before we even sat at our table you provided our child with an activity book and brought everything we needed (napkins, ketchup, peppers and spread). To her managers she was friendly, bringing condiments to tables, and picking up trays from all customers. She truly provides excellent customer service and makes In N Out stand out from other restaurants.
