We initially lined up at the McDonald’s across the street, but with three cars ahead of us and no movement, we decided to drive over to Wendy’s instead. Our order was taken promptly, and the food was prepared quickly. On our way to the freeway, we noticed the same cars still waiting at the McDonald’s drive-thru. At Wendy’s, the food was delicious, and the iced coffee was full of flavor.

First of all.. I didn’t order a burger 😭 Regardless i got a moldy bread. The service is always unfocused/rushed I love Wendys but this restaurant is deteriorating in its service/quality

This is my go to Wendy's, they're foods great but recently I've been having issues with their rewards being down? They can't seem to scan my app for some reason because it isn't working. I know this isn't the workers fault but it is frustrating and corporate should fix this because the immediate response is to be upset with the employees even though they cannot control this. Thank you,
