Ordered a sausage breakfast Jack, which was freshly cooked and pretty hot. The hash browns were like eating potato flavored cardboard and had clearly been sitting there awhile. I would have rather waited for fresh hash browns.

Gave me wrong items and they tasted stale. I usually have better luck with Jack in the Box, but this most recent visit was disappointing. Prices too high. Lower & get lots more business. Replace entitled incompetent employees with a few good workers & automation. lower prices.

Went through the drive-through and asked 3 times for taco sauce(I ordered 8 tacos)ranch, and Buffalo sauce. Was told to pull forward and wait for them to get the order out(there was also a meal) We waited 22 minutes and we got 0 sauce of ANY kind in the bag. I get it gets hard because Jack as a corporation is NOTORIOUS for understaffing their restaurants(I don’t blame the workers) but come on(I wasn’t even as mad about the wait until noticing the sauce wasn’t anywhere in the bag). FINALLY beginning to provide your workers with something resembling a livable wage doesn’t mean that you cut staffing and only allow skeleton crews to run your business. I know that it’s no skin off your back but we will not be returning to this location as this is the second or third time we’ve had to wait this long and I don’t have half an hour to wait when I’m just trying to head home after my shift.
