If i was able to put 0 stars i would I ordered the extra large fries lover to go and I got to work and I was gonna start eating I noticed the fries was only filled half way there and I called and a female employee answered and I requested to talk to a supervisor and she started giggleling to her other co worker than hung up the phone and I called back various times and they ignored my call. And when they finally answered my call I told them I needed to talk to a supervisor and she played dumb by just saying hello and I repeated my request and she just hung up on me. Very unprofessional

Food was good but they didn't give me no napkins with out begging and a couple panhandlers in the area.

Brought the GF for a quick burger, I have to admit this place has cleaned up a lot. Last visit I didn't even want to leave a review, it was that bad, bums passed out on the curbs and begging for change in the drive thru. I decided to give Rally's a 2nd chance, ordered the Mother Cruncher meal at decent price $8. I didn't order anything but I had a fry and it was nice and crispy. She enjoyed her lunch and I enjoyed the drive and not having to deal with Pan Handlers.
