THIS PLACE HAS THE MOST INCOMPETENT WORKERS IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. They read my order back to me at the speaker, everything was ok. When I got to the window I immediately got attitude from the worker. They removed things off the order and then when asked if they could add it on they said we had to come inside or go through the line again. The food was DISGUSTING. DO NOT COME HERE.

I cant believe this just happened. I've been sitting in the drive through for 15+ minutes and I have to go back to work. I pull up to the window and my food is on the window sill and the girl walks away instead of doing a 10 second transaction. She makes me wait another 5 minutes and then tries to hand me my food thats just been sitting there ready to go.1 burger and 1small soda 25 minute wait. I've been a solid customer for you guys and you could care less.

This Rallys is clean. The service is fast, and our service person was nice. The rally burgers and even the doubles looked like they shrunken in size. It's pricey for a meal. Food is good as fast food can be. Fries were fresh and were great. It lifted the meal overall. I would recommend with coupons or smart ordering. Ordering meals will add up for more than 2 people.
