Luis the general manager took my order and suggested many options I could get, I’d ordered the Double Famous Star Big Angus in a combo. One of my best experiences coming to Carls Jr, Luis gave me great service and even took the food to my table and asked if I needed anything else. No wonder he’s the general manager he definitely represents the company well. Thank you

The manager at the Carl's Jr at 13011 Harbor Blvd in Garden Grove that I went to was so very helpful with me as I was new at using the app. He helped me with my order and using the app. I really appreciate everything he did for me as to another Carl's Jr I went to a very long time ago was not helpful at all since I'm handicapped and have a service dog that was with me. Thank you very much to that manager at this Carl's Jr location 13011 Harbor Blvd in Garden Grove. 😀☺️
