If you ever want to know the question to "Will robots take our jobs?" look here at jack in the box. They have employees that dont speak or understand english which translate to not understanding how to read an order. They will mess up your order even if its 1 item. Ask for no cheese, they will add cheese. Pay to add cheese, they wont add it. I truly believe there will be a day I order 1 item and get an empty bag.

What has happened to Orange County? Homeless everywhere restaurants are dingy and dirty and people are just unhappy. Went to eat in, decided to take order to go. Mini tacos looked like someone threw them in the box and covered the mess in lettuce. Regular tacos had no cheese

Service is horrible here, an order is presented incorrect and they will not fix the problem but argue with the customer. Never had an experience like this and will not be returning
