Your employees gave me the wrong order, I order spicy tenders & she gave me mild. Then argues with me that the tenders are spicy when I clearly broke the tender in front of her face and showed her the inside was white with no red spicy markings on the chicken. Mind you I’m from New Orleans and been eating their spicy tenders before the girl (employee) was born. She keeps saying they only have spicy tenders left, I said THATS WHAT I WANT SPICY TENDERS and she keeps saying the ones in my box are spicy. I then asked for a manager & she says they don’t have one. She then proceeded to close the door in my face and got on her phone and started recording me. THIS WAS THE MOST DISRESPECTFUL FOOD EMPLOYEE I EVER DEALT WITH! She needs to be fired asap, that was very unprofessional. I paid my hard earned money for that & got the wrong food, lied too, & a door slammed in my face. Whoever the employee who works the night shift on 01/09/25 needs to be disciplined. A picture below clearly shows , that it’s mild tenders. There isn’t any red.

I was thinking it would be a little better since location and people once fought over the food here but The fries were cold and the burger was lukewarm Even after I was handed the bag. It's strange that I waited for cold food. There was also hair in the fries. I don't do fast food because of the calories, but I think that makes me think that I'm missing out on good food when fast just means fast and it's still overall bad food. Friendly service up front but they must have a hair salon in the back 😳 What if they swept them off the floor? This was definitely not a guilty pleasure but indeed fast regret😱. I highly do not recommend this place

Worst place ever.... They close at 11 but stop making chicken at 9... they don't even store the food right. They put it in to go boxs. and just sit it there. only legs and thighs. And they don't care. Never come to this one till they get better employees.... These guys don't want to work....
