This is my quick stop for breakfast before work. The customer service is awesome and they're fast. I'm not a huge fan of the AI ordering at drive threw, but it honestly has been super accurate so far

Wow! How nice of them to be a homeless shelter! When I arrived there was some homeless guys shopping cart parked in front of the entrance. When I got inside you can smell the homeless people and tweakers and there talking to themselves or bothering u as you try to eat! What a great bk lounge to take my family too! Clean up the homeless activity. What establishment let's u bring in other beverages to there dining table anyways lol. Great job workers!

Really great customer service and cashiers. Clean place too, however... the drive through was super slow. It was only me and one other guy in his car, waiting for like 15 minutes on my order. Took like 20 minutes on a drive through- no exaggeration since I was trying to race the clock to a client. I ended up not eating because I had other things to attend too. Worst- the few bites I got in on my Bacon King order felt mildly warm at best and not freshly cooked- which made no sense. I ended up not eating and handing out my fries to some of my men. Decided to just get a steak and loaded potatoes later on elsewhere... Did I happen to mention it took very long for my order despite this supposed to be a drive through?
