In-N-Out Burger

This is my brother’s favorite place so after picking up the family from the SFO AIRPORT we thought this would be a great place to grab something to eat quick. We had a 3, 4 and 8 year olds and the fries seem to be the best thing for them. This was my first time at in and out burger and the family we picked up from the airport. The staff were so friendly and I love the fact that the brought our food to our table. I do eat meat but I heard there’s a secret menu so I ordered a grilled cheese with grilled onions, lettuce, and tomatoes which was good …. Now I wish the lettuce they use was not MOSTLY WHITE AND LITTLE LIME COLOR. However, I will not hold that against my experience and hope that this is the last time that happens 😊Another great feature was that there’s EV charging available while you’re. This is a nice place to bring the family or friends to eat.

Wow. Excellent service today. Got my 3x3 with spread and onions. Took a bite. Set it down. Got a refill of soda. Came back and half my burger had slid right of onto the floor. LOL. In n Out was amazing with customer service and made me another!! Thank you! I wish I got her name but she was as nice and understanding as could be! Food was 100%.

Walked in to grab something quick and when we walked in Camara the cashier was very rude. We were standing to order and we walked up to the register as Camara is just staring us down in very rude body language , you can just tell and we had to ask her can we order instead her making us feel welcome or something atleast smile but with an attitude she said “yes” . I my self work in food place and customer service is VERY BIG let me tell you that .
