Ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget meal.. I only got 9 + 1 surprise... will attach a photo. If I wanted to just go in on my nuggets... probably would have burned my mouth lol. Would have given it a 1 had my Kids meals not been ok..

A one star restaurant very fond of making mistakes and acting smart team leaders. Recognizing rich for lieing his name. The lady working said he is a team leader who is next to the store Manager. Recognizing rich for saying franchise is different to app orders...very poorly managed restaurant. Need better coaching

I went jack-in-the-Box on (31005 Missionin Blvd Hayward ca) this location 3-4 time in a week and I always told them make hot my food , but I don’t know what happened most of the time food is very, very cold , and sometime they forget some items,in my order , I feel like I waste my money and my time
