Happy to be able to write a good review for a change. I was in here yesterday for dinner, one of my burgers did get messed up, it was busy so it was kinda understandable. The staff here not only apologized, but they went above and beyond to make things right for me, I was very pleasantly surprised! I haven't been treated that well in a while, the world needs more of that. To everyone working that night, thank you very much! I'll definitely be if I get a chance again.

We frequent this location multiple times a month. It’s really sad to get let down by an establishment that we are regulars at. I order my kids grilled cheeses the same every time… plain and bun lightly toasted. My son was born with a birth defect that makes it hard for him to swallow normal food like bread and fries. So I asked for the bun lightly toasted every time so it’s soft and not hard or burnt, because he’ll choke on it otherwise. Just picked up lunch for my kids and got home to this burnt bun w cheese. I’m so disappointed that he won’t be able to enjoy the lunch I just paid for. Please do better. I understand we went during your rush hour today, but if a ticket says lightly toasted and you accidentally left the bun on the grill too long, throw it out, start a new bun and please serve the order correctly. Thanks.
