Their service is good 98% of the time. Fries are good. The burgers taste good. They croissant breakfast sandwiches are good as well as the breakfast wedges. I recommend picking up in the drive thru. When you go inside to pickup an online order you seem to be second fiddle to drive thru and I always end up waiting. Had an online order one time that I went inside for and waited over 30 minutes for a simple burger and fries. The manager finally stepped in and got got my order and apologized. As I got 2 blocks away I realized they gave me a wrong burger completely with stuff on their I couldn't stand. I had to turn around and go back. By this time yes I was very upset. Made me late. I asked to be contacted by them on a review request. Never heard word one. Not happy about that. Trying to be nice and not give them a 3 star for the one horrible experience and slow service when I go inside.

This might be the worst fast food restaurant that I've ever been to. I waited inside at the front of the line for ten minutes to get my order taken. I do understand that it was busy but honestly, it just seemed like nobody cared and were annoyed that I wasn't using the self serve kiosk. (I was paying cash so I couldn't use it) When I finally got my order taken, the girl again seemed annoyed at me for no reason. I ordered a ten piece honey BBQ nuggets and only received 8. I took a picture so you could see that they didn't even really put the sauce on them all that well. And then they gave me the wrong burger. I wanted a Dave's triple combo and got a baconator. I mean, I should have checked but I didn't. The restaurant was a complete disaster. It was disgusting inside that place. There's no chance I would sit down and eat there, ever. Trash on the floors and tables that look like they haven't been wiped down in a cool minute. I don't really go out of my way to do negative reviews but this Wendy's is bad. Hopefully, someone sees this and makes the changes necessary to ensure that your customers have a good experience. I will not go back to that Wendy's because of how unclean it was. If the inside of the restaurant is THAT bad, I can only imagine what the kitchen is like. I'm tempted to not eat this food that I just purchased because of how nasty it was inside of there. Anyways, sorry for the negative review but, that store really needs to do better. I am simple. I just want to get my food and leave. I'm not expecting a grand five star experience at a fast food place but I do expect the place to be clean and my order to at least be correct when I get home.

I ordered a burger on Door Dash from this place only to get the opposite of what I ordered. This is a very bad issue, since Door Dash doesn't even refund half of the cost of the damn thing. I ordered mushroom burger, no bacon. Instead I get a double drenched in crazy amounts of ketchup and mayo (I absolutely despise the taste of mayo) and 4 pieces of bacon. I guess $20 an hour isn't enough for them to do their job. The past few days were really hard on me, and I thought Wendy's would make me feel better, but apparently I was wrong.
