I believe that was the 1st time ever that the food actually looked like the picture. And tasted better than it looked, it may have been the best fast food that I ever had. I'm not exaggerating the lettuce was green crispy fresh, the tomatoes were red and FRESH, the chicken was fresh and CRISPY DELICIOUS. I even called home, I thought I was in the twilight zone. Unbelievably perfect spicy chicken sandwich. Honestly. Great job!

I decided to try this location because I saw it getting renovated .. big mistake! The place looks good, new paint! That's a facade though. Inside, the tables are not cleaned and dirty. I saw other patrons busing and cleaning tables before they sat. For me though, the service and food is foremost, it's a fail for both at this location. I ordered the Loaded Breakfast Combo (#24). When I got my order my hash brown was in pieces. I went back to the counter and asked for a new one, oh dang she was pissed of being called out! Instead of apologizing she tried to justify that it's the same. After a few minutes my new hash brown was ready. She called out and when I got to the counter she threw the hash brown on the counter. I took the hash brown and went back to my table. Nope, I didn't argue, I didn't make a scene. The last thing I want is to confront a JIB $20 per hour crew member having a power trip. I'm just not coming back!

The breakfast jack was smaller than i expected and I could taste the fry oil in the hashbrown. As a former restaurant employee with 4 years of experience I was disappointed. Plus the soda machine was out of most of the sodas and only a few diet options were available, which I understand because it was the lunch rush so they were busy but still a let-down, could’ve been fixed when doing prep in the morning
