Ordered a Sausage, Egg & Cheese Scrambler. Through the app and waited for 10 minutes to make my order. All I got was sourdough bread with cheese look at the photos.

Horrible customer service.. there was one lady working both drive thru and the front. She didn't even acknowledge the customers inside who were waiting to order. Two customers before me left because they were waiting too long. I asked if there was anyone working the front, and she said very rudely, "Me. Just give me a minute." 3 more people came in, and after about 5 mins of me waiting, I left. So, that's 3 customers who left, which is a loss of revenue for this Jack n the box location. You all need to get it together.

I bought an egg roll using the app. Cost was S4.00+ I implemented that I wanted soy sauce. Received taco sauce. Taco Sauce with an egg roll?! Went inside and was told they don't carry soy sauce. Whaaat?! Really? Lame... Very disappointed. Bummer.
