I call on the top executives in charge of this Jack in the Box restaurant located on Long Beach Blvd and Victoria to supervise and correct everything that is wrong there starting with the Cleaning and food handling standards I attest and testify as a customer that one of your kitchen employees was sweeping the place with gloves on, she returned to the kitchen and saw that she was not washed her hands and went to touch the food and when I told that to hispanic an employee named Jose he kicked me out of the place. Luckily the food I was waiting for was not for me, it was a delivery The employee Jose is very aggressive and rude without education. Obviously he has people on his side that allow him to treat customers like this. I have already reported him to customer service and I hope this does not happen again. I don't think it's right that because you tell them that your food was not prepared correctly or because you see a cook who is touching brooms and garbage collectors, they go to prepare your food without washing their hands Your food and that can cause you to get sick to your stomach, the guy called Jose kicks you out of the establishment because you have already made a complaits and he doesn't like you and he kicks you out, that happened to me on Friday.

i ordered uber eats they were preparing the order for 2 hours the first time i called they said it was the apps fault n said maybe it was different location and then i checked was the right location hasn’t updated 2nd call i asked they said the order just went thru and barley got it💀💀💀💀💀 idk who was talking to me but it was a girl and uber support couldn’t help because they werent preparing the food i work at a fastfood and i know the location isnt busy because its late and they didnt sound busy i asked if they could throw something free and said it wasnt her responsibility 😭😭 but it was because they are preparing it and doesn’t take that long to make a munchine meal

Not so great customer service. The other day went to Chick-fil-A and their customer service was excellent. Maybe learn from the best? Oh since when did you started charging for extra ranch sauce? The food is so expensive and not even good. I'm highly disappointed the quality has gone down over the years. Sad
