We tried rallys out for the first time today. First off , let me tell you, the fries are delicious! Now, for the rest of it, I rated 3 stars because it's OK food. This isn't a negative review. I would have left a 4 star if it weren't for the quality and old chicken bites I received with my order that had literally air in them and were chewy (see video in pics). The chicken sandwich and burgers were pretty good and a great value but a tad bit greasy imo. I would still recommend giving rallys a try for quick and affordable meal!

Ordered the smokey bacon Buford times two because the only one time I had it, it was very tasty anyhow myburgers had no lettuce, no tomato. Which pissed me off. The only thing it had was two patties , one pickle, one sliver of onion and Swiss cheese. With BBQ sauce Oh and one small piece of bacon This was actually a pickup order and I paid for extra bacon which I didn't get. Called the store number and it is disconnected. This is not what tf I ordered. They should be ashamed.

We ordered through UberEats and realized our order was completely wrong. Not only did they not give us the large drink and large fry we ordered, but gave a single chicken tender when we ordered chicken bites (2 orders of those). On top of that, the food was just thrown into the bag with no care and the chicken sandwiches looked like they were just thrown together. Love Rally's, but won't order from this location again.
