The night shift manger Andrew definitely deserves a raise! He’s very helpful polite and makes every visit pleasant. Customer Service skills like that need to be a knowledge. Hopefully, he gets recognition and the praise he deserves!!!

I was here yesterday and I ordered a combo for myself and tacos for my kids. When I was handed my drink, I realized it was only like 3/4 full so I asked for it to be filled. The employee told me that it was like that because I was supposed to get a smaller cup so they only filled it to the point it would have been. When I asked if they had free refills, she told me that yes, but I'd have to go inside and do it myself. Since I didn't feel like arguing with an employee and I also didn't feel like getting my 3 kids out of the car and into my wheelchair for a few ounces of soda, I just went without it. I won't be back. I recommend that nobody else go here either.

Came in about 3:30 on 2/6/25 after having a difficult day. I ordered and realized I made mistake after looking at my receipt. I ordered a sourdough sandwich off the breakfast menu but meant to order the sourdough sandwich off the the regular meal. The gentleman I believe was the manager was very understanding because of my confusion and was very helpful. He didn't make me feel awkward because of my mistake. His kindness after having a day dealing with a family matter helped me feel better. Thank you
