The service when ordering and getting my food was great. The food was alright, and the restaurant was mostly clean. However, the soda machine was very dirty. During the hour I spent there, I asked 3 employees politely if they could send someone to clean it, but the machine never got cleaned.

The atmosphere and food are ok but service sucked I had more than 8 individual tacos and asked for 8 BBQ sauces cause me and my kids can’t handle hot sauce it causes stomach pain for us she said she will give me 4 and charge me 25 cents each for the last 4. Seeing as it is for a health issue it shouldn’t have been a problem but was!! My kids and me use that instead of taco sauce packets. They are the first Jack n box to charge me. All other Jack n boxes never give me this problem. This is the only one so if you get a lot of sauces definitely don’t get here you may get charged and even if she gave me 1 sauce per item this is a fair amount seeing as we use BbQ sauce as taco sauce. Also drive thru is along wait.

(update) Issue was resolved by the owner. Been back a few times with great customer service (2 months prior) Was told to go around to the drive-thru just add two more burgers to my order. Then had the nerve to call the police and say she felt threatened. Because I asked how driving around made sense if she's standing next to the register taking orders.
