Title: Disappointing Experience at Krispy Krunchy Chicken Review: Our late-night visit to Krispy Krunchy Chicken was far from the pleasant experience we had hoped for. The man behind the counter, who perhaps would be better suited working away from customers, displayed an appalling lack of manners and appreciation for the fact that we chose to spend our hard-earned money at this establishment. His attitude was not just uninviting but outright rude. On the brighter side, the young lady attempting to take our order did her best under challenging circumstances. Despite her efforts, the language barrier made communication difficult, adding another layer of frustration to our already disappointing visit. As for the food, it was mediocre at best, a stark contrast to the Krispy Krunchy Chicken quality we've come to expect. The chicken lacked the signature crispiness and flavor, making the overall dining experience underwhelming. In a market flooded with dining options, it's disheartening to see such a disregard for customer service and food quality. A revision in staff training and a focus on maintaining the food standard that Krispy Krunchy Chicken is known for could potentially turn these types of experiences around for the better.

Chicken is good. However, you need to specify when you get the specials 16 pieces. Make sure you have the 4 breast in your order

Food was hot and good! Ordered 8 pieces mixed with an extra wing, with a 2 for 1 special on sides (Mashed Potatoes & Gravy) and everything was great! The only thing bad was the dessert (buttermilk pie). It seemed out of date.
