I placed my order and when I went to get it, the waitress only gave me the sandwich and said that I didn't order the coffee. So I said, "Ma'am, I ordered the coffee, otherwise I wouldn't be waiting and I know what I ordered." Then she said again that I had only ordered the sandwich and that she wouldn't take my order. What's the point of me wanting to fight over a cup of coffee in the morning? It doesn't make sense. It would have been better if she had said that she didn't hear me and sold the coffee. The owners are the ones who lose out by having such an incompetent person working in this establishment. Sad.

I just purchased maple chicken bacon breakfast sandwich from here. One of the guy who was working at the drive thru counter served me a cold sandwich and I requested to have the sandwich warmed up in a very nice and polite way. The guy at the drive thru counter refused to warm up my sandwich and said he can give the money back in a very rude manner. But I said I don’t need the money back! I just need the warm sandwich. The guy got very mad and threw the sandwich in the trash can from very far away. He got really pissed of because just I said the sandwich I got is cold. His attitude was very unprofessional and I felt very uncomfortable to buy any food at this restaurant moving on.

I stopped by my new favorite breakfast spot. The breakfast sandwich was great, but because I don't like hasbrowns, I really love the potato wedges. I definitely will be back.
