I went here for the first time. I bought a double del cheeseburger and used a bogo coupon. I bit into the burger, and I had a long blonde hair in my mouth. I threw the burger away. Yuck 🤮

I went to pick up a doordash order for a customer at 11:00 p.m. on Saturday when I got there, the gentleman working the drive-thru window told me that the burger could not be made because the station was already clean. They also couldn't make the shake. The issue is that they close at 12:00 a.m. and it was 11:00 p.m. so they cleaned the station an hour before closing. The reason this is an issue is because not only is a customer not getting his order but it's also screwing me over as a driver as well. My cancellation rate goes up therefore making me look bad.

Came through there at 9:00 at night, ordered two fish tacos and they were both Frozen. Took them back, and the night manager had no apologies, just told me to wait and then just toss them across the counter when they were done.
