If you are in a rush, do drive thru even if the line looks crazy long. They move through quickly. We made the mistake of going inside, and they go through those orders much slower. Not sure how they designate crew to which line. They have a lot of staff working the expo line, and the food is always solid. Staff is courteous and care about how their dining room is clean. I stood there for maybe 20 mins for my order and saw manager in expo that was working register to go clean the room and ask each dine-in customer how their food was. You would not see that at other fast food joints ever.

This is my first time to this location and my expectations are nothing less than any other In-N-Out location, it was busy. I walked into the store and waited in line. Once it was finally my turn, Alvin had waved me down ready to take my order. As soon as I walked up to the register, he had asked me to wait a second and walked away. The girl next to him, Alexis, continued to take 2 more customers' orders as I patiently waited for Alvin to come back to take mine. I watched him walk back and forth up the kitchen and we had made eye contact at least once. I got fed up with waiting for him and stood behind another customer and was finally helped by Alexis. The lack of communication and customer service here are very disappointing. No one took the initiative to communicate when I was going to be helped, seemingly very unapologetic about it. The only thing that seemed to be acknowledged was the price and ticket number of my order. The fact that I was pushed back in line because I had to wait "a second" for someone I watched walk back and forth in the kitchen and around the corner of the wall behind the register to talk, is absolutely insane. I don't plan on coming back to this location till the next year when your staff has better developed people and communication skills or new staffing with better common sense.
