McDonald's is not the same as it once was. Food quality has gone down while their prices go up Customer service is very mid level. Treat yourself to someone other than McDonald's... Your health is worth it.

Sometimes they close the drive thru and leave their online services on. I ordered on ubereats and 5 different delivery drivers went to the drive thru and i didnt know what was wrong until i drove there myself. Delivery drivers lose money on gas when this stuff happens.

I used the drive-through service. Their customer service needs some work. The time I waited on line was not bad. The food was good, your typical McDonald’s food.
