They put nice pictures of their food online and in commercials, but then you get the item and it’s looks so different. It gets me mad when companies think they can get away with it. They should definitely be redoing their menu and selling what they are offering online. I wouldn’t be surprised if they get a lawsuit soon. Also, you can’t even check your food in the moment because you trust them and are in a hurry to run errands ad you get screwed at the end. If you even say anything about their screw up they start giving you attitude. This is why people are eating more at home because of the stuff they are pulling off.

Today I went drive thru had a wonderful experience. I have been here thousands of times but first time I felt this was necessary. Jerry who took my order was so kind and accurate and took my order with ease, I have NEVER in all times in any drive thru had felt appreciated and heard. At the window Emmy was just as kind listened to me with total attentiveness. I am beyond content and definitely will make an effort to back more often to have that experience again. It made me smile. Very professional and your management should be very proud. See u soon

Just went through the drive thru. Gave them two five bills to pay for my item. I know it was two five dollar bills as I had no ones in my wallet. Hope the four dollars they stole was worth losing a customer over.
