Ordered 2 $6 big box, we paid extra for Mac and cheese and it taste like soap. I tried calling multiple times and they don’t answer. Didn’t want to drive 7 miles for nothing. Super disappointed. Last time we visit this location. 👎🏼👎🏼

Macaroni and cheese has zero flavor. It was stuck together and cold. The chicken sandwiches had too much mayonnaise. Very disappointed in you Popeyes You're usually delicious. If this Popeyes is a franchise they're making your corporation look bad.

Please get a live person to take my order. I was so frustrated. It ruined my appetite. We had to reorder everything at the window. And the staff was overwhelmed. NEVER coming back till they give an option to have a live person.
