I do food delivery. The lady told me to wait in front of the store for the 2nd order. So I wait for more than 20 minutes. I tried to call the store to ask when I could pick it up but nobody picked up the phone. When I returned to drive thru, the lady changed her words. She said I had to return to drive thru. She knew that I was waiting in front of the store. The service of this store is very negative. The food orders became very cold already when I delivered both of them.

I’ve visited this restaurant drive-thru twice, and unfortunately, both experiences were disappointing. On each visit, several items on the displayed menu were unavailable, which was very frustrating. I ended up waiting in line only to be informed that I couldn’t order what I wanted, leaving empty-handed and feeling like my time was wasted. I hope the management improves the inventory or updates the menu display to reflect availability, as it creates a negative experience for customers when items are consistently out of stock...👎

Not sure when management changed and decided to start parking cars in drive thru to get their time down. Will be losing some customers if u keep this up. Makes no sense to park a car when there’s no vehicles waiting behind us. McDonald’s does this often and we stopped going for that reason.
