I WAS VERY UPSET 😡 I COULDN'T CHANGE MY HASHBROWN FOR ONion rings And also could not edit my order. All this technology and can't make my order the way I asked. I Even offered to pay the difference

Waited in line for at least minutes. Yes it was Father’s Day so a little is expected. There was only one order taker. He was very nice and helpful. But he was also taking orders to tables, and no one took his place we waited until he was done. Then this sign was posted after I first entered. And the doors were locked. Not allowing anyone else from entering. I asked why and I was told so they could clean up for the next wave. I guess that’s one way to manage the flow. The pictures show an empty restaurant at 1:30 on a Sunday (father’s day) because no one else could come in. At the time we were the last to leave. The drive through was still taking orders. They place was clean. The food was great as expected. The service was fair. The staff were all helpful and kind.

I went on Saturday night and the drive thru staff was so nice to me (like usual any day I go)🥹 Santos is a sweet pea thank you🫶 Brought out my food so fast and offered me cup holders. Also as a fan of cheeseburgers the food slaps here🙂‍↕️🍔🍟As a granny citizen I'm grateful🙏
