December 11,2024. Absolutely horrible. Ordered them waited and waited. Finally over 30 minutes later received our food. Over midway I buzzed and asked where the food was and told that they had a bunch of 99c burger orders. Well then how was the drive through being served in minutes. And then they screwed up a part of the order. And I even tipped for this privilege. I believe they forgot about us. To take that long without any one coming over, nothing... just unconscionable. Absolutely horrible. And we thought it would be quick and good for our granddaughter who just flew out with her parents. She's only 3 on East Coast time. No thanks. Never again. Update.. December 29, 2024. Received message a day or so after initial review. (You can see this following my review.). I called on it and spoke to a rep. Was offered a free burger deal or something. I declined. Stated the entire meal should be compensated. She said she would submit the request. Never heard anything back. This is since the 16th of December. Just reiterates my initial feelings.

Came here two times today. Once after class to try the sugar cookie drink and once for dinner. Both times were very negative experiences. The first time the girl was very unfriendly and closed the window in my face the second she realize I had Apple Pay. The only Apple Pay on me was my fault but the abruptness and rudeness of even acting like I inconvenienced her by ordering at the fast food place she worked at was just plain rude. Later I still wanted to try the sugar cookie drink since I did not get it earlier. I will say I LOVE the drink! HOWEVER the two girls took over 30 MINUTES while we were at the window to give us food and never even told us why we were waiting so long and would bring food out the people behind us. The communication here and the customer service is atrocious. I really hope this was an off day. Regardless, please speak to your drive thru workers and make sure they have good customer service skills before putting them on window. I hope my next experience here is better but so far both times were very disappointing.

You're better off going to Dairy Queen!!!decided to step inside the restaurant after waiting at the drive through line for more than twenty minutes without it moving. When I stepped in, there was another customer waiting before me just to place his order. I rang the red bell at the register only to be told by someone from the back to "wait just a moment". That moment became 20 minutes. Service was terribly bad, the staff seemed more interested in chatting than attending to their customers. The manager seemed just as un-bothered and clueless.
