My recommendation? Go to a different baker’s or save your money. This place used to be great but my goodness it’s gone downhill… Dined-in with my 2 year old today around 12pm today and even though the food was cold and almost not edible, that was not the worst part of my experience here. After standing at the register for around 5 mins, I informed the staff that I was ready to place my order. Staff told me to use the kiosk and I informed the staff that I would rather place my order with them. I was then told to wait and they would be out to “teach” me how to use it. Keeping in mind there was no one else in line that they were “helping” as I saw the staff mostly on their phones and talking amongst each other. While ordering at that kiosk was not too difficult for me, it still took me longer to order than it would’ve taken any staff member to help me out (per my request). After I receiving my order I saw the same issue with another customer. There was an elderly disabled man that also asked for help/ to order and the staff was absolutely horrible with the man. I will certainly not be back to this location due to poor food quality and staff unfriendliness. Very disappointed.

I understand there are times one is just not having a good day, but come on now.. the cashier was rude and the food was literally cold despite us being the only customer .. it was like I was eating a cold cut sandwich and stale fries rather than a fresh made meal. I will never stop at this location again. Not even if I’m starving. No photos because I refuse to spend anymore time on them.

Seriously disappointed ! Unfriendly & inaccessible for disabled patrons. I'm writing this review because I'm incredibly disappointed with how my disabled father, a veteran, was treated here. I met him after church on 3/1/25 and he'd been waiting almost 15-20 minutes to place an order. He’s elderly and visually impaired, blind in one eye, and the staff refused to take his order at the register. They insisted he use the self-service kiosk, which is completely impractical for him. Honestly, it's just plain rude. It’s also concerning that so many other reviews mention how unfriendly the staff is. It feels like they have zero consideration for people with disabilities. It’s not just inconvenient, it feels discriminatory. I had to step in and order for him, which shouldn't have been necessary especially after he had been waiting so long. This kind of treatment is unacceptable. I'm documenting this experience and considering my options. I strongly recommend that anyone with accessibility needs avoid this place.
