Placed on order online and got there at the promised time and when I ask them about my order they had barely start making my order. Not only that but when I get home my order is wrong. they put chicken tenders in my burger instead of a patty.

The staff is always friendly and attentive, ensuring that my dining experience is enjoyable from start to finish. Their burgers are truly a standout and I just love the fact that they have SO MANY OPTIONS. Beyond their delicious food, Carl's Jr. also maintains a high standard of cleanliness. The dining area is always spotless, and the staff is diligent about maintaining a hygienic environment.
