Me and my husband just had the worst drive through experience ever! We are the only ones in line to begin we ordered two smoothies, one strawberry and one chocolate Oreo. The strawberry flavored one (mine) had a sour taste unfortunately. We requested a refund from the store manager since she is the one who took our order and had already given back the smoothie, the request was denied. The manager then said that I can exchange for another menu item so I asked what other 4.99-5 dollar menu item could I get. The manager screamed and said she don’t have time to go through the menu and said to go around again in the drive through line. There were no other cars in the drive through and the conversation ended with me asking for corporates number and then being lied too stating it is on the receipt. The manager Emma(is the name she gave us) slammed the window in our faces and left us there with no refund and no smoothie. I am simply requesting a refund for my order of the strawberry smoothie and would like for action to be taken against the store manager for how she treated me and my husbands that includes screaming, yelling , lying and without a replacement or refund. Please contact me as soon as possible.

I live in corona and work in riverside, but this is the only wienerschnitzel I'll go to. The food is always hot. PLUS, I always look forward to seeing Hope's smiling face and friendly demeanor.

The cashier named HOPE is awesome! She not only made sure my food was fresh, but she also asked if I needed ice water while I waited. Fantastic experience because of HOPE and her dope crew.
