Homeless people outside the front door begging each customer. There is literally human feces all over the front door and surround walls. The front order desk is missing tiles on it and there is rusted metal sharp edges that are a safety concern. Many ceiling tiles are all ruined with water leaks. Stood up at the counter for 10 minutes no service said ill be right with you. Sat back down to wait because i was tired of standing till they were less busy, went up there 10 minutes later said I'd be right with you, no service for another 10 minutes. Sat back down and waited and eventually left after another 10 minutes. Customer before me they messed up thier orders. Staff seem inexperienced and understaffed to be working. Would be better off avoiding this place as there are safety concerns and inexperienced under staffed staff. Hygiene issues, not sure why they have a PASS sign on the door for thier location for the food inspection and Hygiene...

It's not often that I review a Dairy Queen, but I figured this place warranted review. It's a really clean location and the service was good. But more surprising is that the burgers were really good! The Patty's were big and actually the size of the bun. (Not like McDonald's burgers) plus, with the added lettuce, tomatoes, and onions, they were yum. It was nice to be surprised in a good way.

Came through feeling homesick for white gravy and chicken tenders like they serve everywhere back home in Louisiana. Knew dairy queen would have it. Got there, and they were out of gravy. :( I had a sad. But I was saved by Gabriel! They made me gravy! I had to wait but I didn't mind. They were all so nice and apologized for not having it in the first place. Fabulous customer service. Thank you for saving a homesick Louisiana girl. :)
